I'm Esha Kashyap, an aspiring Product Manager with 5 years of experience in the IT industry. My journey into the world of Product Management began during my time at San Jose State University, where I pursued a Master's in Engineering Management. This program not only equipped me with essential management skills but also ignited my passion for Product Management. I worked on several projects during my studies that allowed me to dive deep into product development and strategy. Deepened my understanding of product ownership and Scrum methodologies, culminating in CSPO certification from Scrum Alliance.
With a Bachelor's degree in Information Science Engineering, I ventured into the realm of SaaS Ecommerce platforms. My experience includes managing and developing websites for a luxury travel company based in the UK. Working in such a dynamic environment sharpened my skills in project management, agile methodologies, and product development.
I pride myself on being approachable and straightforward in my communication. Transparency and honesty are core values that I uphold, both personally and professionally. Living in the beautiful Bay Area, California, I find joy in exploring nature through hiking, indulging my wanderlust through travel, and expressing my creativity through art.
